At KRANZ engineering, civil engineers and architects work together to develop structural concepts – from the feasibility study through to construction. We accompany you through all service phases according to HOAI (LPH 1-9). The choice of building materials plays a decisive role for the overall structure and function of the building – we select the advantages of the structural properties of each material in coordination with the building design.

Whether steel, concrete or wood – every building material has its own structural characteristics. Phase 1–3: Preliminary Design and Preliminary Quantity Surveying

From hall buildings to complex supporting structures – we calculate and plan steel constructions for the highest static requirements. Economical, standard-compliant and tailored to every project.

LPH 4: Approval planning

Foundations, ceilings, columns, walls, steel structures – as qualified structural engineers, we develop the verifiable structural analysis for your building project! We take care of the coordination with test engineers and the submission of the tested documents to the building authorities.

LPH 5: Implementation planning

We prepare the construction drawings for your building project! Whether it’s details, formwork and reinforcement plans, or steel and timber construction plans—regardless of the materials used. Whether it’s modern structures or complex civil engineering projects—we are your partner in construction.

LPH 6-7: Tendering and awarding

Similar to implementation planning in architecture, we also draw up service specifications in structural engineering and assist you in the tendering and awarding of services.

LPH 8-9: Project supervision and project management

During the construction phase, we support you as qualified structural engineers with reinforcement inspections, ground investigations, assessments of structural steel connections, etc. After completion of a building, we carry out all acceptance tests and, if required, structural inspections such as bridge and tunnel inspections in accordance with DIN 1076.
