From site surveys and permitting to interior design—we cover the entire spectrum of architectural services. Every project is different, but one thing remains constant: our commitment to precise planning, transparent processes, and solutions that deliver on their promises.

LPH 1-3: Basic evaluation and design planning

Before we plan, we record the current situation: with precise measurements and 3D measurements, we create the basis for reliable planning. With our design planning, we develop various solutions for your task, taking feasibility, budget and design quality into account.

LPH 4: Approval planning

We ensure that the variant developed with you in the design planning meets all legal requirements and prepare the building application with the documents required for approval. As the person authorized to submit building documents, we accompany you through the entire approval process.

LPH 5: Implementation planning

We create all the construction documents for your building project! True-to-scale plans, material specifications and detailed drawings for further construction work. With our precise implementation planning, you minimize construction delays and ensure the implementation of the desired construction work.

LPH 6-7: Tendering and awarding

We draw up service specifications and assist you with the tendering and awarding of services.

LPH 8-9: Project supervision and project management

During the construction phase, we ensure that the construction work is carried out according to contract and plan. This also includes coordinating the various trades, monitoring costs and deadlines and rectifying defects. With property management, we secure warranty claims for you and keep an eye on limitation periods.
