BImSchG approval procedure for industrial companies

Industrial plants are subject to strict requirements. We accompany the entire BImSchG approval process – from the application to the preparation of the necessary documents and coordination with the authorities.

Multiple authorities, different departments, tight schedules – we coordinate approval procedures from start to finish. With forward-looking planning, clear communication and the goal of avoiding delays and securing approvals.

Drainage planning

Drainage planning is an integral part of implementation planning. It determines how wastewater and rainwater can be safely drained from the building and property into the sewer network. We create detailed plans and calculate backflow protection measures such as rainwater retention basins. Naturally in compliance with DIN standards (DIN 1986-100) and municipal regulations.

Life cycle analyses

The life cycle of a building comprises three phases: Construction, use and dismantling. All phases are taken into account in our planning.

Determining the remaining useful life of real estate shows our clients the period during which a building can probably still be used economically. The remaining useful life can be extended through refurbishment measures. We develop refurbishment measures for you, taking cost-benefit analyses into account.

Refurbishment concepts

Refurbishment concepts – especially during ongoing operations – require detailed planning that enables regular (production) operations despite construction work. Key aspects include phased implementation (clusters), strict noise/dust protection measures, flexibility in working hours and comprehensive communication with all parties involved. The aim is to achieve a functional refurbishment without interrupting operations.

Traffic facilities and open spaces

Traffic facilities and open spaces include the planning, design and construction of infrastructure and the associated undeveloped areas. We plan access routes, fire department bypasses, parking lots, exhibition areas and design open spaces (outdoor facilities), greenery or compensation areas in the vicinity of buildings or traffic routes.
