Job description
Your tasks
- Preparation of specifications and design documents
- Quantity takeoffs
- Calculation and cost estimates
- Construction site management and construction supervision
- Creation of reports and documentation
- Cooperative collaboration with all project participants
- Participation in planning and construction meetings
- Process improvement; we welcome new impulses and ideas for optimizing our processes
Your profile
- Qualification as a construction technician or master craftsman in the primary construction sector, with at least 3 years of practical work experience
- Strong analytical and business management mindset and relevant experience in reviewing construction plans
- Knowledge of building law / statics / construction
- Experience in handling and in-depth knowledge of AVA programs
- Confident handling of Office applications and CAD-Allplan desirable
- Independent, structured, quality-oriented and careful way of working
- A passion for sharing knowledge and collaborating with other experts, combined with assertiveness
- Communication skills; courage to develop your own ideas and a desire for exciting projects
- Commitment and reliability
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
