1990
Founding of the Engineering Office (Month 1990)
Expansion of the team with the addition of design engineer Hans-Bernhard Hütte, who will take over drawing tasks until July 2021.
2000
new headquarters in Stromberg
Thomas Kranz began further training in design and creation at Detmold University. He earned the title of expert for sound, heat, and fire protection and qualified as a SiGeKo and energy consultant for KfW, dena, BAFA.
Hildegard Kranz, a trained architectural draftswoman, studied architecture at msa Münster and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). Her focus is on existing building renovation.
2009
Since 2011, he has been lecturing at HBZ in Münster in the fields of structural theory and fire protection.
2015
Conversion to current company headquarters

The KRANZ engineering team currently consists of 20 employees. The fundamental idea behind the company structure is an overarching and interconnected collaboration of various areas of expertise in architecture and engineering.
