Job description
Your tasks
- Independent supervision of LPH 1-4 according to HOAI
- Implementation of the design specifications and the wishes of the clients in coordination with the management as well as the building law processing with the authorities
- Preparation of design and approval plans
- 3D modeling with Nemetschek Allplan
- Preparation of approval documents and applications
- Planning of renovation and repair measures
- Preparation of explanatory reports for LPH 2 and LPH 3
- Preparation and planning of construction measures and coordination of construction measures of all kinds, such as extensions, renovations, conversions, etc.
- Responsible for processing planning solutions and coordination with the team
- Participation in planning and construction meetings
- Examination of planning documents
- Process improvement: We welcome new ideas and impulses to optimize our processes
Your profile
- completed studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering
- sound knowledge of service phases 1-4 HOAI
- Knowledge of building law / statics / construction
- Ideally professional experience in the field of project planning for demanding design projects (mainly LPH 1-4 of HOAI)
- Very good knowledge of construction planning and the associated laws (LBO, Building Code)
- Confident handling of Office applications and CAD-Allplan
- Independent, structured, quality-oriented and careful way of working
- Very good design skills
- Enjoy transferring knowledge and exchanging ideas with other experts, combined with assertiveness
